• This is most likely an issue with your internet connection.
  • If you're watching video over a wireless connection try it over a wired connection.
  • Are you running any other bandwidth-intensive applications on your computer like Outlook, Skype or other Internet downloads? Try shutting down other applications while taking the counseling session.
  • If there are other people using your internet connection, check to see if they are using any bandwidth-intensive operations. If so, you may want to pause these applications while taking the counseling session.
